† In Memoriam
Uit het bericht van chaot zie ik dat er zich in Brussel ook een Tsjechisch restaurant zou bevinden. Na wat zoekwerk kon ik het volgende vinden:
GOLEM - Czech Restaurant in Brussels
Please be welcomed at the only Czech Restaurant in Brussels, GOLEM. Established by ancestors of post-August 1968 Czech exiles, Šob brothers and their families. Newly modernised restaurant offers both Czech and French cuisine, with good choice of Czech (Moravian) and French wines, as well as Belgian and Czech beers (Pilsner Urquell).
For more info and reservations call 02 - 331 30 55.
How to get there: Golem, 301, Grote Baan, B-1620 Drogenbos (next to Uccle)
By public transportation, metro/tram: tram No. 52 from Metro Gare Midi, next but last stop "Grote Baan", restaurant is the corner house; tram 52 runs from Metro De Brouckere and Rogier, too
By car: Go to the Ring (0) direction Anderlecht, exit no. 18 Drogenbos, then follow signs to Drogenbos-Centre, after several hundred metres and one round-about you merge with tram No 52 (see above), then you will see Golem on your left.
Opening hours: Noon to 3 pm, 7 to 10 pm, and by arrangement. Closed on Sunday.
