Our client, an international company located in Breda is looking to hire a Customer Service representative for the Russian and Slovak/Czech team.

job description

• Provides excellent customer and product service; ensures customers are satisfied.
• Ensures orders are processed according to customer instruction and conditions. Processing of sales orders on a daily basis.
• Monitoring shipments and pro-actively respond on potential issues.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Handle and resolve service and transport issues.
• Coordinate and execute return process.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal/external customers (affiliate, physician, pharmacist, wholesaler, hospital, distributor and the Breda departments).
• Represent Customer Service in cross functional project teams.
• Ensure country specific support during business hours including call handling.
• Identify process improvements.

requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related area
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to multitask and work within diverse international group of people
• Affinity with computer work
• Advanced communication skills
• Customer focused
• Fluency in Russia and Slovak/Czech - oral and written
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to set priorities

salary indication

Depending on education and experience between € 2.000,- and € 2.500,- gross per month on full-time

Ahoj vsichni,

ja uz na toto narazila taky, i jsem na to reagovala, ale bohuzel mi prisla odpoved, ze tu rustinu chteji zaroven s cestinou. Ale pokud nekdo umite rusky, tak to stoji za to zkusit.
