Job Description
Processing of sales orders on a daily base
Tack and Trace individual shipment and pro-actively respond on potential issues
Communicate clearly to colleague CSTCs what status is
Communicate with local CS organizations on potential issues
Assure knowledge of GMP/GDP is up to date
Identify possible improvements in processes
Maintain level of specific languages
Represent Customer Service in cross functional project teams
Document non-conformances 1 en 2
Create and revise controlled documents and manuals.
Receive training on the products to assure a high level of service
Assure support center is at any time covering the languages supported
Develop and maintain good relationships with customer (physician, pharmacist, wholesaler, hospital, distributor etc)
Develop and maintain good relationship with service providers
Job Requirements
You have to speak Czech and German.
Qualifications
MBO/HBO level, .
Experience
2 years of related experience in a customer service organization
Computer skills (MS-Office)
Written and Verbal Communication skills (English)
Primary Processes Customer Service
Country Specific CS processes/practices
Additional language (EU)

[Já vím o firmě v Doetinchemu. Nedcon Holland. Je to Holandská firma, ale má pobočky v celé Evropě. Pracuji v její České pobočce.
