Dat mag je, hoor, want Tsjechië zou mij even lief zijn als het inderdaad net zo duur zou zijn als Nederland.
Ik maak me ook niet zozeer druk om de prijzen daar, alswel om de bewering dat Tsjechië even duur zou zijn als elders. Maar dat heb ik inmiddels wel duidelijk gemaakt, denk ik, dus ik zal er verder over ophouden.

Ben blij dat er toch nog mensen zijn die de moeite nemen om het voorbeeld te lezen, bedankt Char.
Mijn bedoeling is en blijft om duidelijk te maken dat als je de "verkeerde" wisselkoers gebruikt bij het omrekenen, je jezelf "rijk" rekent.

Hier nog even een vers artikel over de inflatie in februari, ja helaas als je in Tsjechie woont merk je bijna dagelijks dat de prijzen stijgen.

Analysts: February inflation flat at 7.5%

Prague, March 5 (CTK) - Inflation in the Czech Republic remained at January's 7.5 percent in February, according to analysts polled by CTK.

Some said it slowed to 7.3 percent.
Unemployment dropped to 5.9-to-6 percent in February from January's 6.1 percent, they said.
The inflation data will be published by the Czech Statistical Office and the jobless data by the Labour and Social Affairs Ministry on Monday.
UniCredit Bank analyst Pavel Sobisek said inflation did not accelerate in February thanks to the firming Czech crown.
Raiffeisenbank analyst Ales Michl said if the inflation figure is higher than the market expects the crown may firm further.
Analyst David Marek said prices of textiles and motor fuels dropped in February.
"Inflation still remains far from the central bank's inflation target and there is still the risk that it may be projected into inflation expectations and wage demands. This would be a factor against an interest rate cut in the near future. On the other hand, the market believes there is still the chance that the CNB will tighten monetary policy again," said Marek.
PPF Asset Management analyst Radomir Jac said inflation is likely to remain at 7.5 percent also in March.
"In April, inflation will begin to slow gradually, and fall to 5.5 percent in December. I expect it at slightly above 3 percent in Q1 2009," said Jac.
Next Finance analyst Vladimir Pikora said the jobless rate fell thanks to favourable weather and the fast growth of the economy.
"A further decline can be expected in the coming months. Unemployment will most probably drop under 5 percent in May and hiring new staff will become very difficult," said Pikora.
"There will be a record number of vacancies. Unions wage demands and the actual wage growth will be an indicator of whether interest rates will be raised further or not," said Michl.
Michl expects a record wage growth this year and the fiercest ever wage bargaining before the end of the year.

Fijn, des te meer mensen denken gelijk te hebben en hun dat gelukkig maakt dan is dat prima.
Heb in deze discussie alleen maar proberen aan te tonen, dat men niet "blind" moet blijven geloven dat de Tsjechische republiek een goedkoop land is.
Ik erken met het grootste gemak, na het nog eens doorlezen van alle reacties ,l dat er in diverse berichten"terecht"en "beargumenteerd" tegengewicht was t.o.v mijn uitgangsstelling.
Ik wilde ook echt geen gelijk, wel rationele tegen-argumenten en dan kan zo een forum een meer dan leerrijke pleisterplaats zijn.
