Job description Nikeýs European Customer Services department is centralized in Hilversum, the Netherlands

Flexible, creative and innovative in approach, you have an aptitude for absorbing new information and situations quickly. Ideally college educated, you will certainly have a strong customer service background in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Weýll look to you to provide exceptional customer service to Nike internal and external customers ý adeptly handling calls from retailers, sales representatives, operations management, and consumers professionally and positively. You will also handle Query Management, with sharp attention to detail and an eye for continual improvement
to our processes.

Requirements

The Customer Service department is a very international environment; all customer Service Representatives are native speakers of at least one of the European languages. We are looking for a native Czech speaker. In addition you also have fluent knowledge of the English language and well-developed PC skills from MS Word to Excel and Business Query.

Diky moc za nabidku prace kterou si nechala na netu. Okamzite jsem poslala svoje CV a oni behen dne volali, ze by meli zajem. Samozrejme jeste nemam pracovni povoleni, byla by to moje prvni prac. zkusenost tady a tak mi rekli bohuzel. Ja taky ne, nechcou zarizovat TVW a to byl pro me problem, byla jsem vcas, ale bohuzel.

bohuzel firem,co tohle nezarizujou je vic.u nas kousek je Call centrum,tam pry to snad na zkousku nejdriv zarizovali pro nejaky Polky,ale ted uz na to taky kaslou,protoze je to pro ne prace navic a kdyz se hlasi dalsich 20 s povolenim,tak co by se namahali......
