As part of our continued growth strategy, Intralox is looking for a: Native Czech and German speaking Technical Support Engineer. The position: The Technical Support Group is an integral part of Intralox’s service/support offering to customers. This team provides native language first-line technical support to the customer service department and Intralox customers. In addition, TSG members focus on special belt solutions for unique customer needs and give advice on what product solutions will meet customer requirements best. In addition you: POSITION Approve new and critical applications Support Account Representatives with belt recommendations Assist in the approval and handling special belts Solve customer problems via telephone Assist in the training and coaching of Account Representatives Provide support with CAD drawings The profile: MTS level education, or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 3 years experience related to material handling, conveyor systems, or in Technical Customer Support Understand the basics of CAD and are able to analyse and solve technical problems Strong problem solving and communication skills Service minded; self-managed mentality with a sense of ownership Native Czech speaker with fluent German language skills. Additional language skills are highly advantageous. Intralox offers extensive ongoing training and an attractive performance based profit sharing program.
